某オクで瑪瑙をドカ買いしちゃるわい！と、久々に行ってみたのですが、やっぱりアカウントがおかしなことに。
北欧のeBay（Sweden）が無くなって、メンバーがまるごと英国eBayに売られてしまってから、おかしくなったようです。買ったり入札したりしようとすると、売り手の手数料を払うためにクレカ情報を登録しろというページに飛ばされます。（私は売ってないし、過去に悪いこともしてない）
だいぶ前に何度も問い合わせたのですが、「テクニカルプロブレムなので、黙ってしばらく待ってろ」と言われて、そのまんまだったのよね。

で、今日はどうしても欲しい石があったので、しかたなく契約内容を読みました。やっぱりなんか変なことが書いてるよ？よく読もうとして「印刷用のページ」を開くと、こんどは本文と違うことが書いてある。なんだこりゃ。

これが本文

Credit Card Usage Agreement
By selecting, "authorise my card" below, I authorise eBay to initiate charges to my credit card for fees that I incur or have incurred on my account since my last billing date. This will also include any balance which may be outstanding on my account. I understand that I am responsible for all seller fees incurred in relation to my eBay account, and I authorise monthly deductions from my account for such fees. I understand that the amount charged may vary from month to month.

This authorisation to perform monthly charges to my credit/debit card will remain in full force and effect until eBay has received notification from me of its termination in such time and in such manner as to afford eBay and my financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it.

で、この契約の「印刷用のページ」(Printer-friendly terms）をクリックすると、以下の文章が出てくる

Card Storage Agreement:
By selecting, "authorise my card" below, I authorise eBay to initiate an authorisation for £1 GBP or it's equivalent to validate the card. This amount will not be charged against my credit card or credited to my eBay seller account.

By placing this card on file I understand that my card information will be on file with eBay and I may initiate payments to eBay using this card.

I understand that if I am overdue in paying my eBay seller fees or if my account is suspended, eBay may charge my fees owed to this card. Additionally, if a payment method I have on file to automatically pay my seller fees fails, eBay may attempt to obtain payment using this card and/or make this card my automatic payment method.

英語が難しくてよくわからないのでこれから辞書をひくのですが、見るからに違うことが書いてあるじゃないですか。こんなテケトーな契約は怖くて了解できませんわ。

なんでうちらドイツに売られなかったん？こんなんなら、ぜんぜんわからないドイツ語のほうがマシですわ。
